We have built up a large client base of mechanical engineers, supporting them on large and small installations, and pride ourselves on meeting each project’s requirements and timescales whilst utilising a wide variety of insulation materials and finishes in all building sectors.
We provide a complete bespoke service to survey, manufacture and install thermal covers to all aspects of pipework, valves, flanges, tanks and fittings. All of our covers are removable and re-usable for easy accessibility for inspection and maintenance. Each cover is manufactured comprising of a layer of insulation material enclosed within two layers of cloth. A variety of materials and cloths are available dependent on temperature, environment and application.
Based close to Hull’s famous docks, we work alongside many of the city’s shipbuilders and repairers providing insulation, mechanical protection and fire proofing to engines, generators and engine rooms in all temperature applications on both north and south banks of the Humber.
We regularly install rigid board material aboard ships and offshore applications to provide fire protection to decks and bulkheads. Fire protection is also used in this form for kitchen extract ductwork on ventilation systems.

Our fabrication workshop offers a bespoke service for mechanical protection to pipework, ductwork, tanks, valve boxes, bulk/deckheads from stainless steel, aluminium, aluzinc, galv or plastisol sheeting.
